Terms of Purchase

These terms apply to the Sure Bets and Value Bets service and use of Oddspointer.com (account, email). Seller: Oddspointer.com / Leady Media AB with org.nr 559477-0272. Buyer: you as consumer. Purchases and use are governed by consumer law – these terms do not limit your statutory rights.

Purchase and delivery

The agreement is binding when you have paid or created an account and accepted the terms. Prices are shown including VAT, total price before purchase; no shipping (digital delivery). Right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content – we offer full refund if the paid period has not yet started (at month turn); no refund after period start. Access to Sure Bets and Value Bets is via your account; confirmation and login are sent to your email. Keep your email up to date and contact us if you lack access.

Sure Bets and Value Bets

The services are tools for odds comparison and value assessment. We do not guarantee profit – you use the service at your own risk and are responsible for your betting with bookmakers.

Personal data and rules

Data controller is Leady Media AB. We only collect what is needed for the agreement (email, account, payment). Transaction data is kept for 7 years (bookkeeping law). You must be 18+, must not share login or access with others, and payment must be received before period start for access the following month. Oddspointer may suspend users who breach the terms. Odds and campaigns at bookmakers may be changed by third parties – we are not responsible.
